A corporate client, upon registering with Nanaska Connect, will have to opportunity to specify their staffing needs. We will have an in-depth analysis of the needs of the client and the specific attributes, qualifications and experience that is required from the candidate. Using this information, we will search our extensive database to filter out the suitable candidates.
The job opportunity can also be advertised on our website, according to the client’s wish, to get specific applications for the position, in which case the applications received will be processed by Nanaska Connect.
The candidates who fulfil the requirements will be called for the preliminary interviews by Nanaska Connect. The client will be notified of the candidates who qualify from the round of preliminary interviews.
Further interviews between the client and the candidate will be arranged and shortlisting can be done in coordination with the client.
